With great apprehension, we approached the prospect of selling our house and moving to a retirement community. Houses were lingering on the market for months. We were worried about all the stuff we had accumulated over the years. These and other concerns nearly paralyzed us. In the midst of these concerns, we engaged Diane Krause to represent us in the sale of our home. Diane introduced us to Bobbi Adair who helped us sort through mountains of memories and made our well lived-in home photograph beautifully for marketing. They were absolutely marvelous. Every time that I got worried, Diane would step in to comfort me. Our house sold for very close to our asking price two days after it went on the market.
